He has worked as a Marketing Director and is a multiple award-winning sales professional, with a strong track record in identifying, developing, and scaling top sales talent. 

Magdalena brings deep expertise from the recruitment industry with a primary focus on marketing, digital and creative roles. She has extensive experience as a marketing project manager, working across both agency and in-house marketing teams, giving her a sharp understanding of how strong teams are built in practice.
